Its a baseball movie and it starts with this guy running for home base during a game of baseball but he falls to the ground and dies. Later we learn that he had a condition with his heart and his living brother has it also so he can never play baseball again. Then the living brother runs the bases every day in honor of his dead brother. The police tell him to stop and when he doesn't they send him to jail.
