Basically the summary of the plot is one of the villagers, a young adult male, gets a yearning to leave the his surroundings and see the world that lies beyond the village. This means having to leave behind his ailing mother (although could be grandmother). I don't remember much of the plot progression but I vividly remember a scene where he's carrying his sick mother up a steep mountain.
