Immediately after their miscarriage, the US diplomat Robert Thorn adopts the newborn Damien without the knowledge of his wife. Yet what he doesn’t know is that their new son is the son of the devil.

Rose, a desperate mother takes her adopted daughter, Sharon, to the town of Silent Hill in an attempt to cure her of her ailment. After a violent car crash, Sharon disappears and Rose begins a desperate search to get her back. She descends into the center of the twisted reality of a town's terrible secret. Pursued by grotesquely deformed creatures and townspeople stuck in permanent purgatory, Rose begins to uncover the truth behind the apocalyptic disaster that burned the town 30 years earlier.

Henry Townshend, a boy of about thirty with a hobby of photography, has recently moved into apartment 302, first floor of the South Ashfield Heights complex, in Ashfield, a pleasant town near Silent Hill. After a short period of peaceful stay, some strange events begin to happen. Every night, Henry is promptly awakened by the same, identical, nightmare. From that moment, he finds himself trapped in his apartment: the door, bearing the words “Don't go out!, Walter”, is locked with chains and padlocks, the windows are hermetically sealed, the phone is silent and no one seems to hear his screams. After five days of captivity, a hole appears in the bathroom wall: Henry, armed only with an iron pipe, crosses the portal in search of freedom. Brett is a high-school outcast who doesn't run with the in crowd, unlike Samantha, the cheerleader he has a desperate crush on. Then one day, he gets a parcel in the mail -- a totem with the power to grant his deepest, darkest desires. Brett wishes for Samantha to love him, and she does, although after a while her affection starts leaning toward obsession. Then murders start occurring in the school, which Brett gradually starts to connect to the totem.

An on-board assassin releases a crate full of hundreds of deadly venomous snakes in an attempt to eliminate the witness. Flynn and a host of frightened passengers and crew must band together to survive the slithery threat.

Their plane is hijacked mid-flight and their journey pits them against possessed crappers, super-human doodies, and nefarious rolls of toilet paper all leading to a showdown with a foe that's more devious than any villain in cinema history: Potty Mouth. "Death Toilet 4: Brown Snakes on a Plane" takes the franchise into the not-so-friendly skies and beyond.
