A man turning into a human sized bug moth man

An awkward young moth going through puberty must control his attraction towards lamps but finds it difficult when his life becomes a health class PSA

A group of moths invades a costume shop through a badly plugged hole in a window and makes quick work of the contents. A male moth ignores his lady to chow down on a hat and she's soon seduced by a candle flame, which rapidly spreads. He notices her trapped in a spider web with the fire attacking and makes some attempts to save her, but pours benzene on the fire by mistake. The rest of the moths are summoned, and they fight the fire with water-filled bagpipes, an air drop with a water-filled funnel, etc., while our hero works to free his lady from the spider web.

A butterfly is resurrected from a rare specimen collection and explores the ruins of an ancient civilization that leads to a mysterious underground frozen cave. In the cave, the butterfly meets the Butterfly Man, who is an amalgamation of many other butterflies. The two dance and transform between the human and butterfly shapes. The frozen environment gradually melts, plants and organisms begin to wake up around them. Eventually, the butterfly man is blown away by the wind and becomes part of the natural environment. Metamorphosis reflects my concerns about human memory of lost time. The film explores philosophical ideas about life forms decomposing and then transforming into new organisms, between dreams and reality, and between humans.

A young man wakes up one day transformed into a giant insect.

Andy Panda is very happy running his tailor shop until a huge, hungry moth flies through the keyhole, and starts making a buffet dinner out of all the clothes in Andy's shop. Andy's attempts to get him out are unsuccessful, until the moth has had his fill---all of Andy's stock---and departs the premises.

Inspired by all of the tiny illusory moths I see out of the corner of my eyes late late at night.
