Baby Bink couldn't ask for more: he has adoring (if somewhat sickly-sweet) parents, lives in a huge mansion, and he's just about to appear in the social pages of the paper. Unfortunately, not everyone in the world is as nice as Baby Bink's parents—especially the three enterprising kidnappers who pretend to be photographers from the newspaper. Successfully kidnapping Baby Bink, they have a harder time keeping hold of the rascal, who not only keeps one step ahead of them, but seems to be more than a little bit smarter than the three bumbling criminals.

Casper is the baby-expert at a large department store and his life is less than peaceful as he provides much amusement for the babies at his own expense. And Mum is trying to make a name for herself baking cakes, but Baby keeps adding "eccentric" ingredients to the mix! On top of all this, Baby's teddy-bear, Baba, goes missing, and everyone goes nuts trying to find it, then replace it, while not constantly reminding Baby of its absence...

Three kidnappers disguised as firemen, abduct the grandson of a prolific judge. However, they have a change of heart after spending time with the child and decide to reunite him with his family.
