A small town is taken over by an alien plague, turning residents into zombies and all forms of mutant monsters.

While searching for a small fortune of embezzled money, an ex-con, a small-time bandleader, his doting wife and a kooky drifter find themselves being followed. Their chase takes them to trailer camps, bingo halls, laundromats and ultimately, a showdown with a group of unconventional bad guys.

We watch one young woman’s unconventional attempt to take control of her own love life by growing the perfect partner - a beautiful giant slug. Both freaks of nature, it’s a seemingly perfect match; until the slug is introduced to the outside world where he develops a taste for dinner parties and stimulating conversation.

A shell of what he aims to be, this slug has made his own bed. Now he needs to figure out how to lay in it.

A girl kills a slug which results in her finger transforming into it. She's horrified. She tries to hide it and pretend it isn't there but it doesn't work. Upon revealing her secret while on a date she tries to take drastic action to get rid of it but can't go through with it. She then faces the consequences of living with a slug for a finger.
