Man kidnaps robber and ties him up on New Year’s Eve

The fire department is preparing for the New Year. Three activists of amateur performances decide to kidnap professional artists for a New Year's concert. A police captain investigates the kidnapping and listens to complaints from the “unkidnapped” artists.

A man promises his girlfriend that he will be with her on her birthday which is two days later. Later in that evening while stopping for some drink at a bar, he gets kidnapped by mistake because he resembles to a millionaire’s son.
