Someone being tortured until they fall in a hole

A man kidnaps people and imprisons them in a well for no apparent reason.

During a series of flashbacks, we discover that only one person has manipulated lots of people and they all end up at the same place. Follow his instructions. Kill or die. Can anyone fight through this? Can they escape the evil tormentor?

After a young man is separated from his friends in the woods, he falls into a ten-foot deep pit of spikes, impaling him through his leg and leaving him trapped. He quickly learns that his fall was not an accident.

Tortures await the prisoners

A man falls in a hole on his walk, he sees another person walking on the same path and makes sure he's not the only one to get injured.

As part of a science experiment, a man has spent a record-breaking length of time alone down a hole, but an hour before he's due to re-emerge, something goes wrong and his colleagues have to go in to rescue him.

A group of people awaken to find themselves prisoners in a mysterious house with no means of escape. They are each outfitted with electronic devices attached to the base of their skulls. The chemicals that the brain produces when in pain are collected by the devices, and when it collects a predetermined amount, the doors will be opened. In order to escape, they must hurt themselves and each other.

London’s streets have become consumed by a mysterious hole in the pavement. The hole lures people to jump inside, becoming larger, deeper and seemingly more unstoppable with each victim.
