A group of homeless aliens begin to migrate illegally to a small town on Earth. A young guy Wang Ergou with invisible powers is supposed to stop the invasion, but instead he is mistaken for an alien. An evil biologist kidnaps the hero and begins experimenting on him. When the aliens decipher Wang's invisibility, they send Brain, an experienced retired general and an alien with invisible superpowers, to challenge him.

Aliens, contacting scientist Adam Penner, inform him that they have been on the moon for twenty thousand years, undetected due to their invisibility, and have now decided to annihilate humanity unless all the nations of earth surrender immediately.
