Set in South Carolina in 1964, this is the tale of Lily Owens a 14 year-old girl who is haunted by the memory of her late mother. To escape her lonely life and troubled relationship with her father, Lily flees with Rosaleen, her caregiver and only friend, to a South Carolina town that holds the secret to her mother's past.

Rastafarian Barry can often be found rescuing swarms of bees from Scousers’ homes and “yard-ens”, known locally in Liverpool as The Bee Whisperer. This is his story. Directed by Dhivya Kate Chetty.

A wild Texas beekeeper, who rescues Africanized honeybees from desperate and dangerous situations, learns more about bees with each new sting he receives. Every day is a challenge for this bee removal expert who never knows what to expect when coming across an angry hive.

This film is the outcome of a long-term collaboration between researchers Balthasar Kehi and Lisa Palmer and the people of Balthasar's homeland of Lookeu. It portrays a border community who, despite changing farming practices and increasing commodification, are determined to maintain the bees' movement across the region and preserve their shared identity.

From his work with local nuns looking for answers about their barren apple trees to his consulting with golf courses in natural habitat management to classrooms, and his own design workshop – he is a true beeliever in the good story – the gospel of abundance as taught by bees and he’s helping protect Wisconsin’s beloved pollinators. The Queen Bee is busily supervising the production of honey in a modern Bee-Hive plant equipped with some unusual gadgets. The busy-bee work is interrupted by a television broadcast which reports a bear-raid disaster in Beeville. A young bee sounds the bear-raid alarm and ingeniously delays the menacing bear, until the bee squadron arrives and drives off the raider
