It's vacation time for outdoorsy Chicago man Chet Ripley, along with his wife, Connie, and their two kids, Buck and Ben. But a serene weekend of fishing at a Wisconsin lakeside cabin gets crashed by Connie's obnoxious brother-in-law, Roman Craig, his wife, Kate, and the couple's two daughters. As the excursion wears on, the Ripleys find themselves at odds with the stuffy Craig family.

The Spats go on a camping trip that begins with the destruction of their cabin and ends with them being pursued by bandits, a railroad bull, and the police. The Great Outdoors is the fourth episode of The Spat Family series.

When Sam thinks he has lost the bird, he returns home where Maggie leads him to the bedroom, where Sam finds the ostrich with a family of her own.

A fast and ferocious giant has roamed the Namibian desert for more than seventy million years – the ostrich. From the moment this bird first set foot on these sands it has faced an annual challenge: choosing the right moment to breed. The ostrich must ensure its clutch hatches around the time of the rains. If the timing is wrong, food will be scarce and the chicks will die. If its right, then a new generation gets the chance of a life on the run.
