When actress Sarah Marshall dumps aspiring musician Peter Bretter for rock star Aldous Snow, Peter's world comes crashing down. His best friend Brian suggests that Peter should get away from everything and to fly off to Hawaii to escape all his problems. After arriving in Hawaii and meeting the beautiful receptionist Rachel Jansen, Peter is shocked to see not only Aldous in Hawaii, but also Sarah.

As he is about to pluck the fattest chicken in a coop filled with chickens, the fox is chased off by the barnyard guard dog, a none-too--bright dog to begin with, and he proceeds to get dimmer. The fox disguises himself as a real chicken (albeit, a real big chicken)and then convinces the dog he is a rightful member of the chick-clan and deserves to roost amongst them. But his costume if torn off revealing his true identity and the dog levels his shotgun at the fox. The fox manages to get the dog on the receiving end of the weapon, but one of the roosters kills them both so he can get some sleep.

Each has a different personality; Ransome is the best flyer, Sims is the smartest and Jeffries is the comic relief. The Foxbusters also have the ability to spit grit like machine guns, and drop hard-boiled eggs like they were bombs - and these are used to effect among other methods to keep the hungry pack of foxes in Foxearth Forest at bay.
