After capturing Claw, all the criminals have gone into hiding. Until Claw escapes! Gadget thinks he will get the case, but everyone else has other plans. This story takes place in a city, in which all of the citizens have very big hands. One child, however, is special. He has tiny hands, and his head full of peculiar thoughts. The boy constantly talks to people about these thoughts, but they dislike his long-windedness and eventually ignore him. He is very lonely. The only he does is talking to the walls.

This is the first feature film about the life of a hand (named Handy). After a lifetime spent with its owner (a bad writer) Handy decides to detach from the human body in order to prove that a stand alone hand can be the best writer ever...but the consequences of this action are going to affect all the other hands in the world...
