When a marine biologist investigates mysterious deadly attacks on fishermen in an Oregon coastal town, he discovers the culprit is a mermaid who must find a mate to breed with before returning to the sea.

This documentary records a fishing trip to the West Indies made by several fishermen and deep sea divers from Hollywood, California. Footage of marlin, sharks and manta rays is shown. Also featured are fish that look like flowers, fish that blow themselves into balls and other unusual tropical fish.
