1980s nude women come to earth

Jack Halsey takes his wife, their adult kids, and a friend for a dream vacation in Kenya. But as they venture off alone into a wilderness park, their safari van is flipped over by an angry rhino, leaving them injured and desperate. Then, as two of them go in search of rescue, a bloody, vicious encounter with a leopard and a clan of hyenas incites a desperate fight for survival.

A scientist, Dr Hollander, takes his niece Miranda to Mexico in an attempt to reverse the effects of the alien DNA he used to create her. However the treatment goes horribly wrong, and sets Miranda on a killing spree as she sets out to find a mate.

Aliens disguised as clowns crash land on Earth in a rural town to capture unsuspecting victims in cotton candy cocoons for later consumption.

In the 1950s and 1960s, a parade of gorgeous young women traveled to Hollywood, looking to be discovered by casting agents and big studio producers. While some achieved their dreams of stardom, others ended up in independently produced short films in which these nubile would-be actresses were asked to throw their modesty - and clothes - to the wind. These movies were meant to catch the modern woman in her most private moments - performing household chores, dancing to the latest twist record, or working on her tan - all of which, it seems, was better done in the nude. Though the names of the women featured in this collection are lost to history, their sensual allure is still apparent today.

This collection immediately covers three decades, beginning with a pair of 1940s stripteases, followed by 1950s stars Bobbie Reynolds and Barbara Lyles, and capped by the 1960s’ Tammy Sanders. After that we settle into a 1950s groove of indoor and outdoor modeling, with a family-style American Sunbathing Association promo, Waterfall Fun, thrown into the mix for good measure. After a clip from the naked cowgirl school of cinema, William H. Door sends us a gem. In Party Nudes Real, Joanne Arnold leads a cast of six beauties posing in a temple-like setting at Corriganville movie ranch. Then follows an eclectic mix of 1950s Malibu, a beehive blonde, a “tiki” bedroom, and a quartet of color loops from the swinging ’60s.

Emulating goddess mythology and iconic paintings of reclining female nudes, 8 nude women reflect on a world without men, the human body and psyche, evolution and science.
