'Toon star Roger is worried that his wife Jessica is playing pattycake with someone else, so the studio hires detective Eddie Valiant to snoop on her. But the stakes are quickly raised when Marvin Acme is found dead and Roger is the prime suspect.

A jack-in-the-box comes to life, leaves his box and dances around. He accidentally strikes another toy, a drinking bird, and breaks it. He then finds himself trapped back in his box, filled with anguish at what he has done. But was it all a dream?

Jack confronts creatures both real and imaginary on an extraordinary visual animated roller coaster, created with some of the comic world's finest artists. Jack emerges triumphant, reborn - and the singer of the best band around to boot.

Jack: A Flash Fantasy is a rock opera produced by the CBC. Jack dealt with a deck of cards, with lots of Jacks (and Jills). Jack was the jack of hearts (with a full, trusting heart), Jill (Gilda) owned a cow, named moo, "because even though the cow laughed and cried and talked and shouted, it all came out as, MOO!" Jack and Jill are taken advantage of by the Jack of Spades. Different musical styles are portrayed by the different characters.

Jack is a fun-loving alien explorer whose coolest discovery yet is Planet Earth! With the help of his alien dog Rocket and his robotic assistant Chip, Jack sets out on fun and daring adventures to learn about this strange planet.

A great warrior is displaced to the distant future by the evil shape-shifting wizard Aku. The world has become a bleak place under the rule of Aku, segregated into fantastic tribes and ruled by Aku's evil robot warlords. Jack travels this foreign landscape in search of a time portal that can return him to his home time so he can "undo the future that is Aku!".

A small boy is sent away from his village. He is to be trained as a samurai warrior and return to fight the evil shapeshifter, Aku, who has wreaked havoc throughout the village. His skills honed, the warrior attempts a return to his home, but winds up in a future time landscape. Here, the locals call the stranger, a sort of Dirty Harry kung fu loner, "Jack" and assist him in his path homeward. This is the original feature length presentation that kicked off the SAMURAI JACK phenomenon on the Cartoon Network.

The Parrs' baby Jack-Jack is thought to be normal, not having any super-powers like his parents or siblings. But when an outsider is hired to watch him, Jack-Jack shows his true potential.
