Young woman faking agoraphobia to steal art from the man

A seductive woman gets an innocent professor mixed up in murder.

An agoraphobic woman living alone in New York begins spying on her new neighbors only to witness a disturbing act of violence.

Stanisław Maria Rochowicz, a bumbling art historian, is falsely accused of stealing a painting. The alleged thief faces five years in prison. Desperate, he decides to hide in disguise as a woman until he can paint a copy of the stolen canvas. Lacking means to live, he has to work for some time, of course, as a woman. He gets a job as a domestic helper. However, he has no luck with employers.

A group of females crooks seduce a con artist in order to rob him of a priceless painting he has stolen from the mob. But what they don't know is that the con-artist has stashed the painting in a art gallery that happens to be home to an insane maniac.

An agoraphobic man has to overcome his fears in order to go outside and meet a woman in time.

Investigating rumors that a priceless Rembrandt, believed destroyed years ago, is actually in the possession of an elderly spinster, a male newspaper reporter and his female rival determine that it is genuine but subsequently learn it has been stolen by a gang of art thieves who plan to kill the spinster to prevent her from later identifying it.
