Movie about praetorian captain as a Christian

The film is set in 90AD. A young Greek boy, Timothy, from Corinth has been kidnapped after his parents villa is sacked by Roman soldiers. Timothy meets a mysterious Caledonian woman, Miriam, in the cave he is being held. She equips him to escape and helps him understand how the Truth can set him free. A biblical drama.

Drunk and disillusioned Roman, Marcellus Gallio, wins Jesus' robe in a dice game after the crucifixion. Marcellus has never been a man of faith like his slave, Demetrius, but when Demetrius escapes with the robe, Marcellus experiences disturbing visions and feels guilty for his actions. Convinced that destroying the robe will cure him, Marcellus sets out to find Demetrius — and discovers his Christian faith along the way.

A Roman military commander falls in love with Ranjana, a devout Christian. The Roman Empire's atrocities toward the Christians prompt the commander to become a rebel soldier to protect the Christian community from the Roman Emperor.

Sebastian, Chief Archer in the Roman Army, converts to Christianity. A favorite of Emperor Augustus, Sebastian's devotion to Christ eventually drives him to reject the Emperor's love, causing the Emperor to angrily order Sebastian to be shot with arrows by his fellow archers. The film retells this mystery play with a definite 'art-house' approach: an almost poetical use of language, singing, dancing, some homoerotic themes, and some special effects.
