One radiant woman in her golden years is given a second chance at love. The men vying for her final rose have journeyed through the highs and lows of love, navigating moments of joy and heartbreak, and they arrive with anticipation, eager to foster a connection that sparks a future of limitless possibilities.

Just before Anne is moving from Amsterdam to live with her great love Sara in Montreal, her publisher criticizes the manuscript for her first novel. What exactly is the story she's trying to tell? Does she even have something to say at all? Anne is forced to search for what she wants in life, because it is not only the main character in her novel who seems to be a little lost.

A young woman invites her literature teacher to a discussion on a story about a man who wants to freeze the moment. She suggests that he is writing to disguise his own inner desires. They fall in love, and life takes an unexpected turn.
