A new dance teacher is coming to a new school. She is assaulted in a taxi. She bites his hand. He is wearing a mask. Later at school she sees A boy with a bite mark on his hand. She blackmail him into dancing in her class. Takes place in the Bronx. Movie takes place in the 70's.
