Old people are kongufu heros

Retired competitive athletes Gao Da, Wu Liwei, and Jin Shi are invited by their old teammate Hua Rong to travel to Southeast Asia. They learn that Hua Rong's daughter Hua Chuchen is illegally detained by a local gang, who are asking for a high ransom. With no way to find help, the four form an elderly commando team and bravely break into the gang. Ultimately, they manage to rescue not only Hua Chuchen but also other kidnapped compatriots.

Old and Senile Ninja Grandmas is an action/comedy series that follows four seniors who rule their retirement home with an iron fist, or well an iron lung.

By a twist of fate, she collaborates harmoniously with her community to produce the cinematic spectacle "Grandpa Grandma Warriors vs. Zombies."

They never met in the first half of their lives, with different professions and life trajectories, but for the same purpose, they formed the oldest men's relay team in China to participate in the world's top veteran athletics championship and ultimately broke the world record!
