Scrappy

Scrappy is a young band leader; other little boys make up his band. They perform inside a gazebo, in front of an appreciative grown-up audience, as the wildlife get in on the act.

Scrappy is running a sideshow, and Margie wants to come in. She sneaks in and accidentally sabotages some of the acts, particularly those starring Scrappy.

Oopie wants to join the Boy Scouts, against the wishes of Scrappy and the others.

The adventures of a young boy and his dog. Vonsey and Oopie are the two bullies on the block who sometime give the two problems.
