This film wants to be a humorous demonstration of how a computer can be used in order to give life to a little environment, a cinema theater. In a simulated environment we're absolutely free to place and make moving endlessly a simulated camera. The film is composed by only one computer animated image. There are inserted images for every sequence, whose I've invented the key-images.

This unusual short portrait film combines animation with live action in a way that makes the viewer wonder, at first, what is real and what has been manipulated. Natural settings are transformed through time-lapse animation, while ten discrete cyclic animations occur simultaneously in a bank of windows behind the motionless protagonist. NO ACTION contrasts sound and imagery to describe conflicting internal and external realities.

Workers at a production studio adopt some teeny creatures and the office gets very lively.
