Jack and his lover have a domestic fight and then have sex and then fight again.

After his joke bombs at a party, Jack’s anxiety spirals out of control as he argues with his subconscious about his path to social redemption.

Jack is a year 11 student who has totally cut himself off from his friends to the extent they don’t even try to talk to him. Except one: Oscar. Oscar’s had a hard go of it himself. But what happens when Jack gives in and talks to him?

What is that thing Jack is building in his cellar? How could such a device be used? Perhaps it has something to do with that creature out in the woods...
