The National Health
Peter Nichols adapted his own hit play to the screen, based on his experiences in hospitals. A riotous black comedy that's as timely today as ever, it contrasts the appalling conditions in a overcrowded London hospital with a soap opera playing on the televisions there. In an ingenious touch, the same actors appear in the "real" story as well as the "TV" one, thus blurring the distinctions even further. Jack Gould directs such outstanding British actors as Lynn Redgrave, Colin Blakely, Eleanor Bron, Jim Dale, Donald Sinden, Mervyn Johns, and, in only his second film, Bob Hoskins. The renowned Carl Davis composed the score.
Madseeing
In sequence, we see an acrobat, a nurse, a German officer, and a majorette. They are alone in their own white room, and are wearing lots of makeup: black around their eyes and mouths, almost like a skull. They move tensely, and radiate a sense of desperation and fear, with many soundless screams. They are in a psychiatric hospital. The final shot consists of a pan along an empty, sterile corridor with empty white rooms, from which frightening sounds emanate.
Bedside Manner
Nurses whose asses are in heat, this is the synopsis of this film which takes you through a universe in the hospital that is both stressful and exciting. But here there are no sick people, just nurses who are crazy about sex, who jump on male-nurses to empty out their balls using fellatio and intense sodomy. In the offices, under the stairs or in patients' rooms, these women in white blouses do not cease to have the most violent orgasms.
Nurses to the Rescue!
It's Stuart Canterbury's ode to nurse and doctors and gurney and glands. Starring Brittany "Nightingale" Andrews, and a host of horny honeys. It's the big, new "Nurses to the rescue," where the 36-24-26 meets the 911! some unusual techniques used by a new breed of gorgeous health care specialists. They demonstrate the latest in deep, gynecological exams, and a rediscovery of the all natural, man made cream for restoring that youthful facial skin all women long for.
Love in Strange Places
When Nurse Blue gets a job at the Hospital for the Sexually Insane, she knows she'll have her work cut out for her - after all, a ward full of orgasm addicts is enough to keep anyone's hands full. But when she arrives at the hospital the situation is crazier than she expected. The two directors of the hospital, Dr. Hook (John Holmes) and Dr. Fraud, practice a rather unusual form of therapy wherein sex is the key for recovery. Soon, Nurse Blue discovers that the hospital is filled with hysterical patients who believe they're doctors and nurses.
Nightshift Nurses
During the day, most hospitals are teaming with the kind of action you've seen on primetime TV. But at night, these seemingly peaceful and quiet hospitals are throbbing with a different kind of action altogether, the kind of action generated by the “Nightshift Nurses”. Legendary stud John Leslie has moved behind the camera for his directorial debut. “Nightshift Nurses” is a careening, slam-bang adult comedy that is as arousing as it is hilarious. No sexual combo is left to the imagination as the “Nightshift Nurses” bring their unique bedside manner to their patients, the doctors and even the well-hung black janitor! Modern medicine may never be the same!
