Wearing an old pair of sunglasses from the thrift shop, Sherry realises that she can read everybody’s minds… up to a point. She can see why they chose the clothes they wear and what insecurities they are covering up. It seems that almost everyone has a deep-rooted hatred of how they look and the sunglasses may be part of the antidote. When she meets her friend Caitlyn, for coffee, she realises her glasses could help her and others.

An English professor interested in photography is given a pair of special sunglasses by an Austrian colleague. To his surprise and boyish delight, he discovers they're X-ray specs, which allow him to see through people's clothes! As he ventures across Europe, he is pursued by spies who're after the glasses. He eventually manages to elude them, and settles down to a life of ease, ogling naked women on beaches...

This film centres around a scene in Blade Runner in which the main character, Rick Deckard, is examining a photograph using a machine that allows him to zoom in on certain parts of the picture. Not only is he able to zoom in, but it’s revealed that he can also look around and behind objects within the photograph. In doing so, Deckard can draw out clues that, from the perspective of current technology, it would seem impossible to see. Deckard’s investigation in the film ultimately reveals things not just about the case he’s working on, but also about himself.
