A girl reenacts her abusive life via punch and judy

A socially awkward and volatile small business owner meets the love of his life after being threatened by a gang of scammers.

In the anarchic town of Seaside, nowhere near the sea, puppeteers Judy and Punch are trying to resurrect their marionette show. The show is a hit due to Judy's superior puppeteering but Punch's driving ambition and penchant for whisky lead to an inevitable tragedy that Judy must avenge.

In the seedy world of Rock bars and booze cans, Punch is known as a pint-sized bouncer with a big reputation. To Judy, who’s notorious for misreading people, he's as gentle as a Teddy Bear.

Val, plagued with memories of the past, becomes convinced that a demon entity has possessed her puppets "Punch and Judy." She becomes sick, and her family thinks that she is close to death and losing her mind. Celebrating Val's birthday, the family begins to disappear, and those that remain have horrifying experiences with the puppets- and they soon learn the true story of Punch and Judy.

Ariel is a troubled girl with more than the usual teenage problems. When her emotion and temper get the best of her, she is drawn into a world where she can take out her anger with her fists. In the tradition of 'Girlfight' comes a wildly original story of rage and redemption.

In a gym, a girl is pulling some pulleys, to gain arm strength, while three men and three girls watch a judo demonstration in the middle of the room. A girl wearing a sweater and shorts applies a succession of holds to a young man in a sleeveless undershirt and a black trunks: over the shoulder projection, arm lock, over the hip projection, sideways headlock and knee to the face, sacrifice fall followed by school-girl pin, kidney punching followed by a groin kick, sideways kick to the knee and arm-lock, eye-gouge and kick to the ribs, attack to both legs with arms and legs, arm-lock and tripping followed by a leg blow to the throat, disarming a knife attack from above, and then an up-thrust with the knife, disarming a revolver menace from the back, usage of a leather belt to strangle and throw an attacker, usage of hair holds for control and throw of the opponent, and KO punching. The man simulates different forms of attack and stands gamely every time - except the last.
