In 1940s New York, a white widow who dreams of being on Broadway has a chance encounter with a black single mother, who becomes her maid.

A struggling widow and her daughter take in a black housekeeper and her fair-skinned daughter. The two women start a successful business but face familial, identity, and racial issues along the way.

Pinky, a light skinned black woman, returns to her grandmother's house in the South after graduating from a Northern nursing school. Pinky tells her grandmother that she has been "passing" for white while at school in the North. In addition, she has fallen in love with a young white doctor, who knows nothing about her black heritage.

Pinky and Brain are genetically enhanced laboratory mice who reside in a cage in the Acme Labs research facility. Brain is self-centered and scheming; Pinky is good-natured but feebleminded. In each episode, Brain devises a new plan to take over the world, which ultimately ends in failure, usually due to Pinky's idiocy, the impossibility of Brain's plan, Brain's own arrogance, or just circumstances beyond their control.

Would-be mother buys a doll, with which to tease her reluctant husband, but disturbingly begins to think of the toy as her real offspring. Shot-on-video short with a neat, E.C. Comics-style twist ending.

1973, Heather is a 14-year old girl who is impatient to be a woman. She has one eye on her mother's baby doll nightie and the other on her best friend's dad. However, on a holiday weekend, she discovers the difference between dressing up and growing up and is forced to make a choice about what she really wants.

A child disappears from home and there is no explanation. The girl's parents search for her endlessly, to no avail. One day, the mother finds a large doll on the market that helps her compensate for the pain of losing her daughter. But it’s not just any doll. When the mother becomes pregnant again, the doll shows signs of life. But the new child and the doll will form a bond that not even temple rituals can erase.

This might be termed a comedy of errors, for the overzealousness of a lot of good-hearted simple folks places them in a rather embarrassing position. Lillie Green, who keeps a boarding house, receives a letter from her old school chum, Polly Brown, whom sin hasn't seen in years, to the effect that as Lillie has never seen her little darling daughter, she will send her for a few days' visit, asking that someone meet the child at the 3:40 train. Lillie's boarders are a bunch of kind-hearted bachelors, who at once prepare to give the "Little Darling" the time of her life, buying a load of toys, etc., for her amusement, also procuring a baby carriage with which to meet her at the train. You may imagine their embarrassment when they find that Tootsie, instead of being a baby, proves to be a handsome young lady of seventeen, whose tastes run rather to garden gates, shady lanes and quiet nooks, than toys.
