I think it takes place in Australia or New Zealand, or has one or two actors with Australian or Kiwi accents. Or maybe Irish or Scottish or British. They are strangers and have a chance encounter and get to know each other through a lot of dialogue and different experiences in the city all night. It would probably fall under the romance or romantic comedy genre. This is definitely not a porn. The characters are probably in their 20s maybe. I'd say the movie probably came out between 2005 - 2025.

A young man and woman meet on a train in Europe, and wind up spending one evening together in Vienna. Unfortunately, both know that this will probably be their only night together.
